1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using True Match ("the Service"), operated by Opportunity AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use True Match. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• You do not have any unresolved felony convictions or sex-offense registrations

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

True Match offers free and paid subscription tiers. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed by Stripe through our authentication provider, Clerk. Opportunity AI LLC does not store your payment information.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@truematchdating.io for refund requests.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information or photos
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users
• Send spam, solicitations, or commercial messages to other users
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Upload content that is obscene, violent, hateful, or violates any third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, bio, messages). By posting content on True Match, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Our Content

The True Match name, logo, design, and all related trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property are owned by Opportunity AI LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using True Match, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. Safety & Reporting

True Match includes features for blocking and reporting users. We encourage you to report any inappropriate behavior. While we take reports seriously and investigate them, we do not guarantee any specific outcome. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service.

9. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

True Match has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform for all users.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on True Match:

• Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming or attempting to exploit minors in any way
• Using the platform to contact, solicit, or engage with anyone under the age of 18
• Any conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of minors

Enforcement

Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice. All associated data will be preserved as required for law enforcement purposes.

Reporting to Authorities

We report all identified instances of CSAM and CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as well as to relevant law enforcement agencies. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation.

How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior on True Match that may involve child exploitation, please report it immediately:

• Use the in-app Report button on any profile or message
• Email us at support@truematchdating.io with the subject line "CSAE Report"
• Report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org

Age Verification

True Match requires all users to be at least 18 years old. We verify age during the registration process and reserve the right to request additional verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately removed.

10. Photo Verification

True Match offers optional photo verification to help confirm user identities. Verification is processed using client-side facial comparison technology. We do not guarantee the accuracy of verification results, and a verified badge does not constitute a background check or identity guarantee.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users and make no representations about the character or trustworthiness of any user.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opportunity AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, personal injury, or emotional distress. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opportunity AI LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile data, photos, matches, and messages will be permanently removed. We may also terminate or suspend your account at our discretion. Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon account deletion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
